Restoring Factory Default

If the installer wants to return the panel to the factory default settings, then:
1. Power down the control panel, mains and battery.
2. Locate the pair of Molex pins marked 'RST' near the microcontroller.
3. Place a small screwdriver blade to short between the 'RST' pins.
4. With the blade still across the pins, apply battery power then mains.
The system loads the factory default user and engineer's access codes. which are
User code1 1234
Engineer Code 7890

..... and expect to spend ages calling a cell phone being told how to re-programme your control panel, perhaps you could reverse the charges.

Only 25yrs, you're only just starting in the trade.

Failing that, just short the reset pins, which is a whole lot easier.

Try this, you will not be able to 'find' your existing code but you might be able to do something with the '0000'

I can't guarantee this will work but it's worth having a go

TO CHANGE YOUR USER CODE

Your system provides two separate four digit user codes.
When the system is new, the user codes are β€œ1234” and
β€œ0000”. Change the β€œ1234” user code immediately to a
number that only you know. The new code can be any
four digit code you choose EXCEPT β€œ0000”.
The β€œ0000” user code is inactive and will not operate the
system. To activate the second user code change the
β€œ0000” to another four digit number. To inactivate the
second user code again, change it back to β€œ0000”.
DO NOT use the same number for both user codes.

Here goes, don't know if this will work or not, your existing code number asked for below could mean the one you have 'lost', I don't know, good luck

6 +
ENTER
+ Your Existing Code No. (0000)
+ Followed by the code to be changed (0000)
then there will be two Bleeps from Sounder

+ The New Four Digit Code (****)
then there will be two Bleeps from Sounder

If this has worked please post back to let others know
