Parkinson Cowan Compact4 Dishwasher?

I have a elderly cousin in Nottingham who has a Parkinson Cowan Compact4 Dishwasher which will not fill with water. I have thoroughly checked all the filters including the inlet ones and everything is clean
If I put water into the machine it operates correctly washing and emptying but cannot rince as no water enters the machine. There are no obvious wire disconnections or loose parts and no obvious blockages in the valve system. The only thing I couldn't check were the solenoids I wonder if you could help
