Please help me fix my laptop!!!! ? Malware, virus's etc!?

My laptop had a virus caled Vista Internet Security, i got rid of it popping up but i couldnt locate the actual virus to delete it, so i downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - scanned it (after many attemps of scanning using AVG etc...but it just kept shutting my laptop down!) Malwarebytes Anti-malware located a malware virus and i deleted it... since then my computer has been running really slow and freezing on start-up.
So i think the virus was not deleted at all!!
I have since then deleted Malwarebytes Anti-malware as i heard this also has a virus on it.
But since i have tried to delete it my computer doesnt start-up properly...then goes into startup repair..and restores to laptop to before i deleted Malware Bytes.
I just really want to get rid of every virus on my laptop!!
I dont even know where they came from as i dont download anything on my laptop.
I am a photography student and much of my work is on my laptop, so i dont want to loose any of my files!!
Some are backed up but most recent ones are not.
and i cannot do system restore because my laptop wont let me!!

unsure of your operating system, if XP then firstly on boot press F8 this will take you into safe mode.
When in safemode goto start> type into the run box > msconfig> that will take you to a box and you will find along the top a row of tabs the start up tab is the one we want, disable all is the box to tick, the laptop will reboot,
re install malwarebytes anti malware, and also superantispyware, they compliment each other,
make sure both are updated before beginning scan

the secret is, to scan with both anti virus tools (full scan) and keep scanning until both report system is clear. the beauty of these antivirus tools is that they scan the system restore folder as a default. if you follow this you should have a clean laptop at the end.

continue to use both and keep updating are regular intervals.

Keep going. You must be close to sorting this.

Malwarebytes Anti-malware is a good tool and doesn't have a virus. I'd relax about this aspect.

If System Restore isn't going to be useful, turn it off. This will delete your existing Restore Points. Sometimes viruses are backed up to here along with your files. When AV programs cleanup your PC System Restore can sometimes restore the virus. Doh!

Try running your AV from Windows Safe Mode. (F8 during boot and select Safe Mode.)

There are several free AV solutions available which will run online (don't need to be installed.) These are a good second AV options. Scan you machine with these, boot, scan again. Scan regularly over the next couple of weeks.
