Triton shower only giving cold water. What's wrong?

This can be due to water pressure or an elecrical fault The first course of action would be to check the water pressure is above 1 bar running pressure. If the pressure is satisfactory I can only advise that you contact triton customer service depatrtment on 0844 9800 750 where an engineer visit can be booked
