where is the drain in the freezer of the side by side so I can try to unclog because ice is on the floor of the freezer only. This is a GE side model # TFX 28 PP CB AA
if your drain is blocked, push down a inside of a pen or a bit of cable, if this do not work add hot water as it could be iced up and keep pushing with your cable. Worked on mine

Check for a drain hole behind the evaporator cover in the freezer section.
