i have purchased a clarion radio PU2325A from a local Lions charity shop and need the unlock code to install it in my car please. Model number CL0410Z013644O

Clarion Audio, In-Car Audio Radio Code Local

There is a ASISClarionCX501 Double-DINCD/Bluetooth/USBReceiver on ebay for sale in the description it says item is in good condition in open retail package complete POWERS UP BUT LOCKED/ NEEDS A CODE. What does this mean? Is it stolen? And how would i go about getting a code?
