The DVD door just refuses to open. The info panel says "Open" and "Close" when pressing the buttons on the unit or remote but then says "No Disc" which is no surprise - I can't get one in there. It doesn't click, knock - it just silently refuses to open. Is there anything a competent DIYer can do to fix a dead opening system.
