ice build up in the bottom of freezer - Hotpoint Mistral 12 years old?
I have a Hoptpoint Mistral frost-free fridge/freezer. The bottom of the freezer keeps getting iced up so that I can't remove the bottom drawer. The temperature of the fridge shows as +2 and the freezer as -22. So I can't think that the freezer is defrosting as all the food is always frozen, including the ice in the topmost section of the freezer. Why is this happening and can I mend it myself?
