There are three small buttons on the wand. Remove them with your fingernail. Underneath, there are three small star screws. unscrew them and the wand will come apart. Replace the wand clip with a new one and reassemble. It's easy. The hard part is finding a wand clip to match yours. Take it to an electrolux dealer and they will usually replace it with no charge.
