piaggio fly 125?

please help i have a piaggio fly 125 the problem i have is that the dash light went out and it wont start, my petrol gauge starts flickering and its driveing me mad any suggestions

Piaggio 125 Vehicles, Motorcycles Problem Dash Petrol

is it just the dash lights? Is it trying to start or is there just nothing. First thing i would do would be check you battery terminals are really tight. These bumpy roads may have loosened it.
Give that a go an post back with a little more information
