Mend Kenmore 625.388250 Water Full Hose

Kenmore model 625.388250?

My water softener is full of water and spilling out
the escape hose. I closed the intake valve and
pulled the A/C plug and it still keeps filling the tank.
The owners manual does not give me any information
of how to fix this problem.
Can you give me an idea on how to fix it?

It could be the moter is at fault making it stop in the wromg position or its the internal disc thats at fault.
I know the brand Kenmore thats no problem but I don't know this model number, I need more information about the valve and controls?
