Mend Remove Head Unit

How to remove the head unit from my astra 2006?

I wish to fit a subwoofer and amp into my 2006 astra. I understand that i need to remove the head unit to access where i will be wiring it to. There doesnt seem to be an obvious way of removing it. Help would be much appreciated :)
