Mend John Deere 285 Jump Starter Jumped

jd 285 wont turn over?

only way it will crank is if I jump it directly to starter soleniod. jumped seat saftey and still doesn't work. Is there another saftey switch I'm overlooking(neutral/blade clutch)?
