a have a thomson freewiew top up tv plus digitaltv recorder been working perfectly until now its a dt163oo
the problem we have is when we do a recording it says its recording when we play back it has not recorded also the recording light stays on and it will not let you pause hope you can help its been a good
one for us.

I'm having the same problem. I was fortunate enough to have a relation who has the same box but isn't using it so I replaced my unit with it. Same problem. When I set a recording or press recording button a message is received to say the recording failed and the box often tries to reschedule the recording, which also fails.
