unset?

well this is a tricky one the only thing you can do is call the alarm company and they will send a engineer out to reset the system and put a new battery pack in aswell

If it doesnt reset after pressing your code then reset button or if the LED's stay the same the battery will need replacing. You will need to remove the mains from the panel then replace battery with a new one then put mains back onto the panel then reset it with your code.
