how can I fix my Vokera 28e boiler?

I have a Vokera 28e combi boiler. Boiler does not fire up, i have no heat or hot water. red indicator light keeps flashing, pressure guage etc all fine. When ignition reset pressed it tries to ignite then ignition reset light won't reset and stays on.
