kirby vaccum g6d dirve slips to wheels of vacuum?

kirby model g6d wheel drive was not working took 3 screws out of bottom slide wheel unit down plastic drive gears seems to slip if i turn vacuum wheels small plastic gear on wheel unit slips like it is internal in gear box ,belt seems to be ok but also I cannot figure out how to get wheel drive belt back on ?any help
