vacumn not picking up?

It sounds like your dust belt needs replacing. Do a search on the net to locate their site and email/or phone them to find out where to buy the belt. Replacing mine is a nightmare (but have different make than you)......if you feel you can't do it ....ask a neighbour or family member/friend if they will do it for you or take it to a local hardware shop...or look for a Handy Man in your local shops/newspapers.
