Aswell as my other post it could be part of your front spring has snapped and the piece is sitting in the bottom of cup where the spring sits on top of the shock. So when your driving its rattling around in the cup, that makes a hell of a rattle especially when going over bumps. I also had this problem on my Zafira dti. I just reached in and took the piece out. There was no problems with the function of the spring BUT those nice people who do your MOT saw the end of the spring missing and failed it so I had to have a new spring fitted.

It sounds like the anti rollbar link. That goes from your front shock to the roll bar. I had the same problem a few years ago on a carlton I kept getting a bopping noise from the front. Once I changed it I had no more trouble. You are talking about £15 to £20 for parts and they are pretty straight forward to fit.

there seems to no play in wheel bearing, nothing caught in wheel, we can hear it all the time especially when we hit a hole. It sounds like a whole lot of little jingling noise like they're coming loose.i haven't jacked it up yet.

describe more does it happen all the time or just when cornering have you jacked it up to feel if any play in wheel bearing or something caught in wheel !
