Battery charged. Wheels rotate in all speeds but no power when on the ground. . Red lights on led flashing from three down to one repeatedly

I have the same problem and it seems the Motocaddy is greedy on battery power. An 18 hole battery needs to be at least 21Ah and the chargers seem suspect.
Suggest you pester them to replace the charger with the latest design
