Treadmill wont start, after its been run awhile?

I have an Image Treadmill, it seems to work perfectly until you have run on it for about a half hour, when its good and warm, it wont restart. Usually it makes a clicking noise when turned on or off, but when its in its overheated mood, it wont click, the motor will knock a few times, and nothing happens.

After its cooled down for awhile, it restarts just fine as if nothing has happened. You can run on it for ages, just dont stop it and attempt to restart it. I noticed this two hot thingies on the motor control board, that cool down as soon as you turn the power switch at the back off. They got hot as soon as the switch is on, even if the safety key is out and the console lights are off.

What could be the problem? I mean it doesnt seem to be a problem if you want to just use the treadmill, and let it cool down for ages in between work outs.

Any suggestions, please?
