put jump laeads on and try starting if starts its batterry if not bump start if starts its starter motor or immobilizer ytu starter first by jumping it with a live

could,possibly be the starting motor has jammed,and possibly there is not enough power in the battery,or the water level is to low in your battery

it sounds o me like an immobiliser issue but i could be wrong. sorry if im no help

if you are 100% sure its not the battery,it's the starter motor.
