how can i replace oil seal on 14.5 briggs engine?

Depends if its top or bottom seal, if its the bottom seal its possible with a suitable tool, to tap it through the seals outer steel ring and pry out, if its the top seal, you will need to remove the flywheel before you can do the same as the bottom seal removal, with a suitable drift tap the new seals squarley back into their housings, flush with the outer case.
