Kitchenaid Superba microwave won't start?

I have a Kitchenaid Superba Combination wall-oven/microwave(KAW38AVM726). The lower oven works fine, but the upper microwave will not start anymore. Hitting any button, other than the timer or clock, results in 3 rapid beeps. There are no visual error messages of any kind. Jiggling the door does not work to get it to start. Power is fine. I turned off the breaker to see if that would reset anything, but it didn't work.
