Why does my mouse scroll wheel stops scrolling Internet Explorer?

download and install the mouse driver from Microsoft and select the type of mouse that mose resembles yours. (2button with scroll, or 3 button with scroll etc)

then goto the control pannel and configure the mouse for internet explorer
