hotpoint aquaries washer 3years old?

hi wen you turn machine on everthing looks ok, lights up as normal,i select a program ie f (40 0c ) quick wash,washer starts operating and running as normal ,then when first cycle has completed,the try is empty in the powder side, the softner is still full and hasnt emptyed, the red led power light is flashing.at this point the running of the machine has stoped and the drum is still full.ive cleaned filter out and tryed it empty with no washing in ?still no joy
