how can I fix my britony SE 100 boiler?

There is a leak from the Three way valve next to the DHW detector, obiously is not normal, I have taken it out, but the O rings of the valve seems ok and the casing doesn't show any apparently crack, it leaks when I feed the heating system, does any one know how to resolve this problem.
