samsung model PS-42Q96HD ?

The problem(s) encountered with the samsung model PS-42Q96HD :

After switching the television on it works for five minutes the picture goes but the audio is o.k

When switched of and left of for five or so minutes, when the television is powered on again thereis a repeat of the above problem.

There are are no loose connections

Please advise
