No hot water?

I have a Glow-worm 30ci combi boiler about 2 years old & i have only very luke warm water at all taps & my power shower as well,the central heating is fine,can you help.thank you terry.

Glow-Worm Heating, Home Heating Systems Hot Years Taps

this could be limescale in the heatexchanger,does the boiler fire when you turn on the hot tap ?
with the heating off run the hot tap and see if the flow and return pipes get hot
