How can I fix a F&P kelvinator smart drive 503?

I have a F&P kelvinator smart drive 503 that work fine, except if you set the water to the high or Med/high it over flows. All other setting work ok
Has anyone else had this problem.

I am a Tech so I understand how stuff works

Has this problem just started and was it previously ok? Try draining all water out of bowl, open display panel and remove clear plastic air tube on right hand side of control box. Blow down tube to clear any water or blockage in the tube. Put tubing back on controller & try machine. If still no good let us know and I will offer further suggestions.
