Hiya can someone please help me my washing machine won't start the start/pause light is on and both the wash and spin/end lights are on. i cant get the ready light on and when i press start nothing happens. i've turned it off and back on again and the door lock activates normal. can someone please help me :)

remove the filter at the bottom lright behind the plastic plinth.once the filter is removed shine a torch in to the filter housing and check if the drain pump impellor is jammed up with something
