when the phone rings there is no ring tone on the extension?
The batteries went dead on my extension phone and after I installed new batteries although the phone works OK to send and recieve calls. When there is an outside call the base unit rings, but the extesion does not, I am unable to fix this.
The model is BT Studio 1100 (dual phone)
