How can I tune a Beko NR20212T tv with a remote, but no instructions!?

A bit late, but for those like me with analogue TVs still occasionally in use for replaying analogue tapes or other outputs:
1) press the number button for the TV channel you want to store the preset in
2) press the small yellow button - this should bring up the legend Search (in red) Store (in green) Band UHF (in yellow)
3) press the red button, This will start a search through the old recognised UHF channels
4) the search will stop when it reaches a channel with an analogue signal (presumably now coming from a recorder or digital TV with an analogue output). It will show the preset number you chose in step 1 in white.
5) assuming this is the channel you want to tune press the small green button until the number turns green. It is now stored. If you are looking for a different channel press the red button to restart the search (back to step 4).
6) To add further presets (say from further analogue outputs), choose a different preset channel and restart the process at step 2

Have you looked for Beko on the net? They might have some info for you. If you do and can't read it look for an "English" button at the top right of the page.
