Indesit IDL40 dishwasher issues ?

Hi,

My dishwasher is not working correctly. When i switch it on (any of the 4 programmes), it starts the cycle for a few seconds then the first light starts flashing.

I think it is an issue with water not loading into the machine. I took the hose off the back and checked to see water was flowing through the hose with no issues. The machine is also emptying water with no problems.

Any suggestions? I removed the arms to check that there are no blockages and they seem clear. The seal on the top arm is almost done and probably needs replaced.
