simpson eziset 750?

i brought a w/machine off trade me and it didnt come with the manual,
when you turn the dial on to heavy wash is it suppose to move through the cycles?
or does it just stay set on the washing option you put it on? and goes through the cycles by itself?

Whatever function you select, the dial will stay on that setting & does not turn around. It is not like the older timer model which moved around. This one is only a selector switch for the computer board. It will do all the functions without moving and then will beep when it is finished.
