does any1 know if my polini sport 70 cast iron can be rebored and if so where can i get a oversized piston from for piaggio nrg power dd
i want to know as im getting the engine rebuilt but dont want to buy a new 70 kit the parts im getting for it are from adrenelin pedstop:-
cph highmass crankshaft
ntn crank bearings and seals does any1 have experiance wing these bits and are they worth the money and reliable
if my cylinder cant be rebored does any1 know of a better 70 kit thats reliable around 130 pounds thanks you

if its cast it can be rebored as i do loads of them,you need to make sure an oversized piston is available thats all either ask adrenallin or look on the ve-uk website they will list it i would imagine.ntn bearings are ok but koyo are the best.a cast iron barrel has the option of being rebored if a oversized piston is made for it but cast iron barrels tend to overheat unlike an aluminium one thats nickel plated these are the best type but they cannot be rebored only replated and thats not cheap.
