how do i retune an acoustic solutions lcd32761hdf?

I have lost several channels and have tried re-installing factory settings as per manual but still cannot get back these channels. It started off yesterday with several channels having no signal hence I thought I was retuning by doing the re-installtion but no luck. Any ideas?
