ice collecting bottom fridge-freezer?

Since I left my Bosch upright automatic-defrost fridge-freezer off by mistake for 12 hours 2 weeks ago ice has been collecting under the bottom drawer of the freezer section. I have tried defrosting it but it is still a problem. I have to scrape the ice away every day though the freezer the temperature is fine at -20. Any ideas on how to rectify?
