I suggest not to connect the printer to your computer yet. Download and install the software first. Here's the link to the Lexmark website for the available Lexmark X3480 drivers for Windows: http://bit.ly/d9BmrH. Choose the right driver compatible with your computer's operating system. Download and install the software. Follow the instructions on the software. Hope this helps.
