snapper rear engine riding lawnmower?

My driver rubber wheel is not making contact wjth the steel wheel to make the mower move. How do you adjust this?

I don't think there is an adjustment. Got to replace it.

I took mower to shop and they replaced the rubber friction wheel which was worn completely out. There was a very thin coat of rubber left on the wheel. It was under warranty. no cost to me.
