Can i fix a Gainsborough 9.5 electric shower?

My Gainsborough 9.5 electric shower is not heating the water. Water flow is affected by turning the heat dial but only cold water flows

Any ideas? & can i fix it?

I have a similar problem did the thermal cut off work for you and if so where did you get it from. Was it easy to replace

I've got a similar problem with a Gainsborough 10.5. Investigation would seem to indicate that the fault lies with what is described in the manual as the Thermal Cut-Out. I'm going to try and buy a replacement and see if that does the trick.
