How repair a Hotpoint G-157 washer?

Our Hotpoint G-157 leaks as it goes into the spin rinse cycle and spin cycle when rinse cycle is completed. What do I need to do to repair this? Is it a big job? I'm average handyman, jack of trades master of none as they say.
