my fridge freezer beko cda 660fw frost free, freezer doesn't freeze any more or get cold at all . i have tried the defrost thermostat at the back but it doesnt make any difference were can i get a new one or is there something else wrong i have only had it 2 yrs
the fridge is keeping cold so i believe the compressor to be working but i cant hear it kick in. the fan in the freezer comes on but does give any cold air out

does the compressor start and run?.has it got a defrost timer in a white box at the back next to the compressor on the left as you look in.also check the wiring going in to the cabinet at the back for loose connections
