Error code FF on my Proform Treadmill?

My husband and I purchased a Proform Treadmill June 1st. Got the treadmill home put it together and it worked just fine. The particular model we purchased had an IFit component. Had used the treadmill for about 3 weeks. On Wednesday July 7, I pulled the i Fit card from the slot after completing the workout and the treadmill shut down completley. Console showed error code of FF. We tried everything the manual told us to try to reset the machine. Nothing worked. Called customer service and was told that what it sounded like to them was that the iFit card had scrambled the computer memory. Their solution to the problem was to send me a programmed card that i would place in the iFit card slot and it would reset the computer memory on the machine. Have not received the card. Contacted them today and was told that the card was not in stock and they were unsure when it would be in. Then it would take another seven to ten days once they received the card before it would be sent out to us. Has anyone else had this particular problem
and if so how was it solved? This treamill has been used less than a month.

Proform Leisure Equipment, Gym/Fitness Equipment Code Worked Fine

I had my treadmill for approximately 3 weeks and I also received the FF code. I called the manufacturer and was told it was the console. They shipped me a new one and also arranged to have someone come and install it. The total time it took to get this complete was 2 weeks exactly. Very happy with the service

I am in the same situation. Program had almost finished and i pulled the SD . Getting ff and nothing is working. Very worried i am about to be hosed out of 700 bucks. Console is two months olspd. Used Four Times.

Just got the same code of FF this morning. In the middle of a workout the treadmill just stopped and the FF came on the screen. I have tryed shutting it off for 5 minutes and doing the same with the reset switch....nothing seems to be helping so I am searching for an answer to the problem.

Has anyone had this resolved? I have the same exact problem and I cannot get them to tell me when I will get the card. They just keep telling me that it is out of stock

Sheila H, was the problem ever corrected? I just turned on my treadmill & receive the very same error of "FF". I, too, have a PRO-FORM with an i-Fit card & am extremely frustrated! The customer service number is closed on the weekends.
