if i send any emails i get confirmation that it has been sent to the recipient successfully and a tick sign (this is what i look for now) do you wish to add this contact to your contacts .any none sent ones should raise a error message FAILED to send to : please recheck details

i'd send them another e mail leaving your land line contact number, your mobile number if you have one 6 weeks + is a log time for service check there site for a complaints number
