Fridge not staying cool?

I have a integrated fridge freezer model APM6855 - 50:50 Fridge Freezer, The auto defrost doesnt seem to be working properly and my fridge is not cooling. The temperature says letter H which apparently means the actual temperatures are above +9 but it wont let me change it to try and sort out the poblem. Any suggestions what the problem may be.
