How to fiz a Sungale Portable DVD Player?

I have a Sungale DvD player that only shows half of the screen. When you play a DVD it only shows half of the movie. Is the anyway to fix this.

there is a ribbon cable connecting the lcd screen to the pcb .refit the cable to the socket (be careful!!!!)dont brake the clip on the socket if u do new pcb!!
