The top agitator on the washer will not move. How Do I remove the old part and what is the name to by a new part?

Hello,

It sounds like the agitator dogs in your agitator are worn. Dissasemble the the caps by pulling up on them in the top part of the agitator until you see a bolt. Remove the bolt and pull up on the top part of the agitator then flip it over. You will then see the 4 clutch dogs.
