How do I open my Potterton ep2000. There appears to be no screws?

I would like to check the wire from the Potterton ep2000 to the pump of my central heating system as the current does not appear to be reaching the pump. I have checked the fuse in the fuse box to the Potterton - which appears to be ok. and the current is reaching the potterton box.

Underneath the programmer about two thirds towards the right, there is a slot, push the flat blade a screwdriver into this slot to release the programmer from the backplate.

Ensure the electic is off!
