Remove a radiator in bathroom?

I want to remove a radiator in a very small shower room and replace it with an electric pannel heater. Can I just cut and cap off the two pipes under the floorboards or do I have to connect the two pipes together?

don't take any notice of the noddy.

cause you can cap the two feeds to the rad off.

heating systems are plumbed in parallel not series.
and don't effect the other rads at all they all come off the flow/return.

if plumbed noddys way when a trv shuts on one rad all the rest will go cold.

this is not the case. just cap them off
you have an open vented system.

> if its the last rad on the run , you can cap it off , but its not likely. its is going on to another rad , you will need to link the rads,

An addition to my question - the CH system has a header tank in the loft.
